What happens when my 30-day trial ends?

You choose a plan, or your account stays accessible in read-only mode for 90 days. No automatic charges. No credit card is required to start, and you can export your data during that window.

Are there hidden fees or long-term contracts?

No setup fees, no contracts. Monthly or yearly billing — yearly saves about 17% on Standard (2 months free) and 25% on Pro (3 months free). The only extras are per-property add-ons if you exceed your plan limit, and optional hotel management. Every price is on this page.

Is this the right tool if I only manage 5–10 properties?

Yes — small portfolios are the sweet spot. Standard covers up to 5 properties at €19/mo, Pro up to 10 at €29/mo, and extra properties are a few euro each. The platform scales with your portfolio, not against it.

Can I migrate from spreadsheets or another PMS?

Yes. Most operators are set up within two weeks. Import existing reservations, connect your channels, and run both systems in parallel until you're confident — the 30-day trial gives you room to transition.
